Returns

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition
    • Packed in the original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase/order ID

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized or customized products (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrong products were delivered.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
